What do you like best about Insightly CRM?

While its considered a CRM the real power comes from its ability to incorporate project management. As time goes on, there becomes a wealth of knowledge as you begin to see past clients, transactions and connections form. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Insightly CRM?

The only feature I do not like is that it does not allow for email aliases which defeats the email portion of the CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

In real estate the main problem is keep track of potential business over long periods of time. Home sellers or buyers may remain in incubation for long stretches before they turn into money. What do you like best about Insightly CRM?

I loved being able to save emails and all other forms of contact to the customer information card. It made it easy to reference certain conversations when talking to a customer or planning their events. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Insightly CRM?

I had very little dislikes with the program. We are just a smaller company and it seemed too big of an expense for a business of our size. As we get larger, I would love to reinvest in it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Solved: Having to locate all of a customer details, questions, answers, links. etc.

What do you like best about Insightly CRM?

What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are collaborating on a short term project for an insurance company-- we are looking to solve data organization. This program has helped so much! If a team member is working on a project, I can easily access their work to collaborate or help out where needed. Also, if i need access to information for my project--instead of waiting back from a call or email-- I can access the information via insightly without any delay! What do you like best about Insightly CRM?

First of all, I did not know what a CRM tool was. Insightly's free plan for two users was probably the best thing they could have done get us interested in the CRM tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
