Insightful CRM is an excellent software for automating digital marketing operations, and it's easy to use right out of the box. Seeing our customer base grow thanks to the intelligent approach to finding new leads has been very rewarding. It has been very successful since we are always in touch with our potential customers. Insightful CRM's ability to help companies learn more about the wants and needs of their consumers is a great advantage. One area of concern is the lack of customization options. While the basic features and functionalities are sufficient, there are limited options for tailoring the platform to our specific needs. It would be beneficial if Insightly CRM offered more flexibility in terms of custom fields, workflows, and reporting templates. Insightly is quick and easy to use. I can record call details in under a minute. It is easy to search and group information that I may need to look at, and it is easy to filter info so that I see just what I want to see. We also use the invoice function and that is super fast. The only complaint is that it logs you out after non-use fairly quickly. I understand security concerns, and I wish the log-in period was longer, but it's not too big of a deal because it only takes a moment to log back in... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Insightly CRM has an easy interface that allows us to customize the program for our individual company. Since we are a small company and don't have a dedicated IT department, the ability to get these adjustments completed quickly and easily has made a huge difference and definitely helped us grow over the past 3 years. My favorite thing about Insightly is how easy it is to customize! I have no coding background, and I have been able to construct a system architecture that is both user-friendly and robust! Take the inherent automations and add on the power of their AppConnect integration, and this CRM can connect to hundreds of applications in seconds. AppConnect has been a game changer for us to connect to a variety of business applications, including Quick Books Online, Google Drive, Twilio, Slack, and Insightly Custom Objects. One of the downsides about Insightly is that it does not provide a native tool to build forms for users that may not be at a computer or super tech saavy. We as a company would love to be able to build webforms that our team members in the field could fill information in and have that push to Insightly easily. We are able to do this using a 3rd party software now, but this requires substantial maintenance. Having a webform pull directly from Insightly field values would be invaluable. Insightly's AppConnect service is an excellent tool for any enterprise-level business looking to increase efficiency and data integrity via automation. Their phone support team is knowledgeable, polite, and empathetic. If you have an issue, they will do everything they can to find someone to resolve the issue if they don't know how. Some of Insightly's negatives are their neglect of some older features, it would be nice to see them revisit things like milestones and leads to add additional functionality or deprecate them to simplify the system. The project management and real-time notification systems are in need of attention as well as these features are critical but have not been revised in some time. Insightly has been a very crucial CRM for our business. It's very easy to use and intuitive to customize for our unique business needs. There are some elements that are a little clunky. For example, when a system user's access is removed, they still show up in Insightly with the "System User" tag. Also, you can't have dynamic page layouts based on certain fields. Little things like that make it just a little more cumbersome to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
