What do you like best about Insightly CRM?

Insightful CRM is an excellent software for automating digital marketing operations, and it's easy to use right out of the box. Seeing our customer base grow thanks to the intelligent approach to finding new leads has been very rewarding. It has been very successful since we are always in touch with our potential customers. Insightful CRM's ability to help companies learn more about the wants and needs of their consumers is a great advantage. Our marketing team has had no problem modifying it. We can increase sales with high efficiency and effectiveness, and the system easily adapts to new challenges. I expect many companies to adopt Insightly CRM because it helps manage automated marketing workflows. All aspects of marketing, from campaign creation to customer and event tracking, will be at their fingertips. Insightly CRM has truly revolutionized the way we manage client interactions and streamline our corporate processes. What do you like best about Insightly CRM?

What do you like best about Insightly CRM?

Insightly is quick and easy to use. I can record call details in under a minute. It is easy to search and group information that I may need to look at, and it is easy to filter info so that I see just what I want to see. We also use the invoice function and that is super fast. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM?

The only complaint is that it logs you out after non-use fairly quickly. I understand security concerns, and I wish the log-in period was longer, but it's not too big of a deal because it only takes a moment to log back in... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a user it does not solve any issues for me--except that it is much faster than our old way of logging calls and keeping track of activity. What do you like best about Insightly CRM?

Insightly CRM has an easy interface that allows us to customize the program for our individual company. Since we are a small company and don't have a dedicated IT department, the ability to get these adjustments completed quickly and easily has made a huge difference and definitely helped us grow over the past 3 years. Also, Brian Revak, our assigned customer success manager, is an amazing partner who is always available with helpful insights and quick answers when needed! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Insightly CRM?

The only downside is that sometimes an automation gets changed due to updates to the software. It would be nice if we received an email noting the possibility of the issue due to the changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Insightly CRM?

My favorite thing about Insightly is how easy it is to customize! I have no coding background, and I have been able to construct a system architecture that is both user-friendly and robust! Take the inherent automations and add on the power of their AppConnect integration, and this CRM can connect to hundreds of applications in seconds. AppConnect has been a game changer for us to connect to a variety of business applications, including Quick Books Online, Google Drive, Twilio, Slack, and Insightly Custom Objects. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM?

One of the downsides about Insightly is that it does not provide a native tool to build forms for users that may not be at a computer or super tech saavy. We as a company would love to be able to build webforms that our team members in the field could fill information in and have that push to Insightly easily. We are able to do this using a 3rd party software now, but this requires substantial maintenance. Having a webform pull directly from Insightly field values would be invaluable. Insightly is our operational CRM. It allows us to track a multitude of data to move our solar projects from one milestone to the next. Because there are so many moving pieces and processes happening in parallel when it comes to the construction industry (solar to be specific), we need to have strong data integrity and actionable reporting to facilitate efficient operational processes! What do you like best about Insightly CRM?

Insightly's AppConnect service is an excellent tool for any enterprise-level business looking to increase efficiency and data integrity via automation. Their phone support team is knowledgeable, polite, and empathetic. If you have an issue, they will do everything they can to find someone to resolve the issue if they don't know how. Insightly also takes feedback very seriously; there have been multiple features we've requested that were eventually implemented. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Insightly CRM?

Some of Insightly's negatives are their neglect of some older features, it would be nice to see them revisit things like milestones and leads to add additional functionality or deprecate them to simplify the system. The project management and real-time notification systems are in need of attention as well as these features are critical but have not been revised in some time. What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Insightly allows us to better manage our data integrity using Leads to filter out unwanted internet traffic and vet potential clients; as well as, keep high-integrity records using validation rules and field-level permissions for our Contact records. Insightly's Dashboard system allows for highly customizable metrics that can be easily viewed by for end users. What do you like best about Insightly CRM?

Insightly has been a very crucial CRM for our business. It's very easy to use and intuitive to customize for our unique business needs. There are some elements that are a little clunky. For example, when a system user's access is removed, they still show up in Insightly with the "System User" tag.
