It's easy to understand and work with.
There are multiple fuctions and customizations for the user's need.

It meets our needs. that might not sound very glowing, but it is meant to be. It does what we need it to do. It is very customizable without being too complicated. There are more integrations possible through app connect. I wish I had time to build these out.

As with most things there are features I wish it had and little annoyances I wish they would fix. For example, it often adds logos and images from emails (that are saved to teh CRM) to teh files section. Even though I have turned off (include attachments). I wish there was a way to mass delete files so I could get rid of these. but you have to delete images one by one. So I dont'. I dont' use the phone app much. It's not so bad, but it doesn't integrate with my work flow. I work almost exclusively on the browser interface. I wish there was a more seamless way to log phone calls and tie them to an organization instead of just to an individual. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
