Insightly is very responsive. The search feature is amazing. I find the interface simple to navigate and when it's time to automate, insightly has powerful automation features. The CRM is user friendly enough to use daily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find the price to be high. Also, in every price tear there are new features. All features should be represented with every price tears with limitations based on the price level you purchase. For example, products are only available with the top tier for $100 USD per month. With lower price tears this feature should be available perhaps with a limitation on total products able to list. The flexibility in being able to create your own custom fields, reports, templates, and dashboards. Very easy to use, after initial set up. Customer support has been excellent. Insightly is so easy to use. We group potential customers in opportunities where you can view them all and make visible notes without having to click into each organisation, this way you can see who has bought and who hasn't. Getting set up is easy and depending on which subscription you've chosen, you may also have a number of meetings with your Insightly rep where you can discuss how to get the most from the product. I have used Salesforce it had some more robust features. The one that stuck out so much to me was tha capabilites with merge variables and automations. I think the Workato (app connect) feature) aims to solve this and it does a good job. I think my absolute favorite part has been the customer service. Our reps from Insightly have been absolutely invaluable. I think that Insightly is a little confusing to get started with compared to Salesforce. There is a higher barrier of entry that in my opinion neccesitates having a success rep help you. I am not sure if that is ideal to require your product have a guide that I still use weekly 6+ months into working in the platform. I could also be stupid? Jury is out on that one but I do think the barrier for entry is high. I also believe the AppConnect project to be very difficult to get your arms around and use. Again, could be my problem but I have had an engineer join in and it took us 2ish hours to get an automation together to just make leads from Calendly enter automatically and not duplicate when a follow up Calendly is created. This is something that should be far easier in my opinion. I hope I see your team leverage Ai in this department because given Workato runs on logic AI would likely be able to create recipes for people, test them and make adjustments based on feedback given on failures until it works correctly. As our organization grows and changes we need to shift how we use our CRM. We love being able to add custom fields. The integrations are many. Collection of contact info from Outlook saves a lot of manual data entry. Insightly is easy to use and highly customisable. We've created a number of custom objects and custom fields within those to manage everything from donations to shop orders to event registrations. Integrations with Facebook, Shopify and our CMS were easy to set up and manage. Customer service and techinncal support has also been excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
