Recommendations to others considering INSIDEA:

Our experience with INSIDEA was deeply disappointing. While the team seemed well-intentioned, they lacked the necessary expertise in programming our HubSpot system. Despite having multiple team members present in each weekly meeting, they ultimately disconnected our sales pipeline—the very system responsible for bringing in clients. It took months to restore, resulting in significant financial losses.

Communication was another major issue. While they were eager to engage in discussions, execution was severely lacking. I rarely leave negative reviews, but the level of unprofessionalism we encountered compelled me to share my experience.

When we decided to terminate our contract, the owner offered 10 hours of “free” consultation but never followed through. Furthermore, he attempted to dissuade me from leaving a negative review by offering $500, which I found highly unethical.

I strongly advise against working with INSIDEA, as they wasted valuable time and resources. I have already informed HubSpot that they should not be recommended. In contrast, what INSIDEA failed to accomplish in five months, I successfully implemented in just two weeks with a different company in Canada.
