They take the time to learn our business, our employees and provide a dedicated account executive that is a non-billable resource to us so we can freely talk about process improvements, solutions, participate in demos, etc. Their team is part of our success.

Additionally, their stable of application consultants are ERP and subject matter experts that come from the industry they focus on. For example, if we have a production challenge in the business, they have manufacturing experts to help us troubleshoot and brainstorm and there is a development team behind them that execute on the design plan and programming. Innovia Consulting has been our partner with NAV going back to 2007 and helped us move to Azure in 2016. We needed a solution that was highly adaptable to our needs. We leverage the software and push the automation to eliminate mundane tasks and allow our employees to better serve our customers with better products and services.
