I think it is a great program for keeping everything together in one spot, there is multiple different ways to grow your organization with Fusion. We recently opened our online portal so that people could register for things online it has made such a smooth transition into online payments and registration so much easier. The software seems outdated compared to another similar software I use for another job. Fusion is extremely front end user friendly with a number of features that can work for your recreation department. For the system admin, there is little to do once you have the system fully running and ready. In the past years they have grown substantially, which has caused issues in software updates. The last few updates we received were full of bugs that caused numerous operational issues in the moment. These caused a lot of frustration and time spent rectifying issues caused by it. Fusion has listened and hopefully moving forward we do not deal with these glitches that can easily be caught on their end before being pushed out to large programs.
