Excellent support via phone & email. Infoset has eased how our company operates. We use their virtual switchboard for receiving customer calls and live chat for answering our support tickets. Our operators are doing a great job with handling the incoming call traffic. We have implemented the chatbot functionality in our website and received very good feedback. There are a few things that I absolutely love about this all-in-one solution.

First and foremost, I appreciate the simplicity and ease-of-use of the platform. It's incredibly user-friendly, and I was able to navigate through all the features and functionalities with minimal training.

Another thing that I really appreciate is the chatbot feature. It has been a game-changer for our customer service team, as it allows us to handle a large volume of inquiries without having to rely on human resources. It also allows us to provide quick and accurate responses to our customers, which has been a huge plus.

The multi-channel capabilities of Infoset are also a major upside. Having all of our customer service channels (phone, email, live chat) integrated into one platform makes it so much easier to manage and track customer interactions.
