Every product needs some extra configuration and of course that means extra money. If you get this at a cheaper price, take it. however it is very little value add compared to the price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's a shell that sits on top of the core product. I liked that it's more customizable than the core product, but there's not much else gained. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I didn't find it to add any value to the actual core product. The primary goal of the product is to unify the systems, but it leaves a lot to be desired. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing, Infor offers nothing positive, everything is an add-on and with a fee. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Everything, it is the least user friendly ERP system I have used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Infor Ming.le:

I would never recommend Infor Ming.le to any company in food service. We switched ERP systems because we were informed that this system would make reporting an ease. Every time we needed an add-on, it was a fee. Every single feature that comes with other ERP systems is an extra cost with Infor. The implementation took a very long time and was very difficult. We were in too deep to back out when we realized that everything was extra. They require multiple systems to run along side it because it is not capable to do all of its own things. The approval mapping is so difficult for AP and half the time the links that go out for the approval are broken and the system needs reset. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
