The fact that it is quite user-friendly and easy to use is quite nice. You don’t really need any training, you can just get started and manage your relationships slickly. The fact that you need to link everything together is quite time-consuming, whether it is the marketing tools, CRMx the cloud, etc. This can be annoying especially when setting APIs but eventually once it’s done it’ll save you time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Any organization's implementation will probably be different, based on different needs and internal rules/processes. Infor can't fix those - it can only do what it can to make things that are under its control easier. So this isn't really a criticism of Infor - more a case of me pointing out that a custom-built solution with all the intuitiveness of Infor designed specifically to solve UX challenges resulting from your organization's own red tape would be even better.
