At least from my point of view, I can say that infinitrac created an opportunity for me and my partner to store data perfectly. Which I got to easily and surely. I didn't have to worry about any maintenance tasks, which cause a headache, especially in a small team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I didn´t know what Infinitrac stands for. Maybe clearer structured information about what they do, for example through video. So it took me a while to understand what the idea of the story is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Very well customizable. Since it is cloud based, it is very easily available within and out of the office environment. Allows collaboration along with it’s RBAC framework. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The thing that I like the best about the infinitrac software is the fact that even the free version of the application (which is the one that we use) has an abundance of features. The biggest drawback of not paying for the software is that older messages are not archived forever and will be deleted as space is required. However, I have found that there is months worth of conversation still stored in the app, which for our purposes is more than enough. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The onboarding process is still a bit difficult. It's hard to explain what infinitrac is to others who aren't familiar with it, and the learning curve can be a bit steep, especially for those who are most comfortable communicating via email.
