I'm a big Inbox Monster fan. I've been working with Brad for the last 3 years. Notice how I mentioned an actual human's name there? That's because, unlike some other inbox monitoring solutions, Inbox Monster offers a comprehensive platform AND support.
And by "support," I mean proactive and reactive recommendations for any delivery issue that should arise. Add to that monthly check-ins where we discuss current and future state of our email & SMS program means that Inbox Monster is actually invested in ensuring that our direct response campaigns succeed.
Don't get me wrong. The platform is great; easy to navigate, filled with the information I need to ensure I'm reaching my subscribers. The Dev Team is always working on new features, including a recent SMS tracking / rendering and a competitive benchmarking feature.

We've been using Inbox Monster for over 2 years now, and we've been very happy! It provides the necessary insights and signals for deliverability performance, and also is extremely useful during migrations. Our end goal is to maintain High IP and Domain reputation, and achieve 100% Inbox-placement across all relevant mailboxes. Inbox Monster helps us to test/monitor/analyze and benchmark our email activities against our deliverability performance.
There are some good features to support our reputation monitoring, like Google Postmaster Tools and SNDS integration, blocklist monitoring, DMARC monitoring, spam-trap analysis, and creative design tools. We can setup alert notifications to our Slack and email to let us know when thresholds exceed the rule-sets, which is super helpful to stay on top of things if we don't have time to check the dashboard.
Deliverability can be complicated, but Inbox Monster provides a lot of signals to help us improve our email program. Brad's team of deliverability consultants are also awesome to work with and have helped us tremendously! The platform is easy to use, and has become an integral part of our business. The Inbox Monster team is constantly making improvments to the platform. I love the new UI and ease of use compared to similar tools, but I especially appreciate that they keep things up to date as the industry landscape changes. I also love being able to share campaign reports directly with clients via a link. Additionally, I appreciate that they can sync with my MTA platform, bringing in any new sending IPs that our customers are using. The team at Inbox Monster is always willing to help as well. I think what our team enjoys most about Inbox Monster is the great partnership and consistent communication. Thom, our deliverability consultant provides helpful insights every month about the health of our email inbox placement, and gives us useful recommendations based on our sending habits. The email channel is one of our most relied-on forms of communication with our customers, so having his gudiance truly gives our team peace of mind. The platform is super easy to navigate, filled with all the information we need to ensure our emails are reaching our subscribers.
We have been working with Anna for a few years now, she is incredible, knowledgeable and always willing to help and give advice. We have detailed fortnightly check in where we can discuss any issues, we also have monitoring emails when something doesn’t land as well as it should have and Anna is always there to investigate and help us any way she can. I’ve previously worked with Return Path/Validity for inbox monitoring, and I can confidently say that Inbox Monster’s capabilities are on par, if not better, than their competitors. Where Inbox Monster truly excels is in the close, collaborative relationship customers have with their Client Success team. They offer the personal touch and care you’d expect from a small business, but with enterprise-level support. Inbox Monster was really easy to understand how to use right out of the box and integrated easily with our program with little lag time in implementation. The onboarding process to set up our account was very easy. Set up was done within a day and we were able to start tracking immediately.
The interface is inuitive and easy to use after first onboarding walkthrough. Additionally our monthly check-ins are productive and share proactive details to keep our account in good standing which is a must as we send regulatoryily mandated messages. inboxmonster is a great detailed tool on all email evaluation metrics, from deliverability, to reputation, spam houses, Ips and much more. Inbox Monster has a wide array of tools and a clean user interface. Anna is our success rep and she is beyond fantastic and knowledgeable. We get weekly reporting and if in between our reports Anna sees a problem, she alerts us right away and we mitigate the issue. Having insight into if your email messages are actually making it into the inbox is a must have / must know for email marketing.
