We have had some trouble with our account reps. The sales rep we started with was very knowledgeable, well spoken and followed through well. The account reps have not been as easy to work with or as knowledgeable which has made some progress go slower than expected. At times our needs have been communicated and not understood and follow up meetings have been a wasted. This has been getting better with our partnership but can still be a struggle at times.
