One of the most significant improvements that has been made available to clients is the iManage Drive. Users can easily identify it with the shared network drive which makes it more popular among our firm since it does not require professional technical knowledge. iManage Work has become essential for how I manage my files and keep up with project communication. I love the flexibility of the workspaces. I can easily create folders organize file and create project structure, which makes it super easy to find the right documents quickly. The best part of iManage work is its search ability. I can search in whole directory with conditional formatting. Outlook integeration is also a plus thing I can manage important emails and attachments directly into their relevant iManage workspace without ever leaving Outlook. Take our client onboarding project, for example. All related emails are automatically organized – proposals, contracts, etc. – without me having to lift a finger." iManage DMS delivers reliable performance. Documents load quickly, and the system handles large volumes of data without significant slowdowns. The amount of time it went down, for an enterprise system app, is too much. Some limitations felt weird, for example, it can only show 500 documents and then when you click more it will show the next 5,000 documents, without pagination. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
