What do you like best about iHire?

iHire is incredibly responsive and eager for feedback from their industry partners; they very much want to accomodate reasonable requests and I have been viewed as a partner first and a client second. Many other recruiting sites basically treat you as "you get what you get from us, good luck" and any wishlists you have go into the void. This is not so with iHire; they will take feedback very seriously and let you bend ears to help make their site, and thus your experience with them, a growing one. What do you dislike about iHire?

The focus is narrow, by design; rather than have too large of a pond to fish candidates from, it restricts to a pool related to the industry. This is fantastic if you are recruiting specialists with needed training, but may not be a one stop shop for generalists or those joining the field. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is iHire solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our field is desperate for top end talent, and there are very few ways to stand out in the crowd of hungry recruiters. iHire has been very helpful in identifying potential candidates and also ways to grow our company profile to attract talent to us, versus constantly being on the hunt. What do you like best about iHire?

iHire has been a great tool for us. I love the way it breaks out by category (i.e., iHireConstruction) so you don't have to filter through so many unrelated candidates. What do you like best about iHire?

The best thing about iHire was the support that I recieved from the person in charge of our account. They arranged a biweekly meeting to review our job postings and resume searches and were always helpful with any questions that came up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is a bit difficult to figure out what sector you want to post in since there are so many different iHire.....
