I used iHire to recruit for quite a niche and challenging-to-fill position. The product itself is very user-friendly and easy to use. It was very simple and quick to create an account, and get started! With iHire's help, I was able to attract quite a few candidates that fit the role, that I wasn't able to obtain on other job boards. What I like best about IHire the customer service is absolutely great, the paltform wants to know more about the company culture, asking about pictures, testemonials and all this positive interactions between company and employees. Specially now that we are investing a lot on our culture. Also you can post your position on specific community, for instance, LPN position you can select to go to ihirenurse field and post the position there or browse. I don't want to say dislike, but maybe for my company didn't work the best, it seems we have a lot of viewers, which is great, however didn't have many applicants. Using iHire was easy to use from the jump. When I was set up with client services to review the product before signing up everything was laid out plainly without any forced sale during the converstaion. Once set up, my profile was simple to create and the job posting was just as simple. I was assigned an account executive who was always available for help if needed, but they also had an FAQ and videos that quickly explained any questions I came up with. Great pricing. Great reach. Simple format. Good functionality. Works great for my roles which are remote, but only in certain states. I would love to see the resumes attached to the alert emails so that we can quickly "preview" them in our email before logging into the dashboard. If you're a recruiter who uses LinkedIn, Indeed, and iHire, it's too many dashes with different functionality. Making it easier to integrate with Outlook would be amazing.
