What do you like best about iHasco e-learning?

It could have been worse... most definitions were correct and less poor than for instance your definition of data processor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iHasco e-learning?

Where do I start? The training is not fit for purpose! People should primarily understand what they should and should not do when it comes to personal data. There was way too much focus on jargon, too little focus on practical examples. Also silly stupid mistakes, e.g. question 5/20 suggests that only not everyone needs to react when they receive an incoming SAR, this is incorrect. Oh, and the R in GDPR stands for Regulation, not RegulationS - perhaps you were thinking of PECR? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thank you for your review of our training. All feedback is gratefully received. It gives us the opportunity to improve upon both our courses and the user experience.

We were disappointed and sorry to see that you felt our training wasn't fit for purpose. We take great pride at iHasco in putting our courses together and each subject is thoroughly researched before our Scriptwriters and animators tackle it.

We stayed away from providing examples because each organisation will encounter different issues and it is likely that no two GDPR issues will be the same or dealt with in the same way per organisation. With regards to definitions throughout the course, we used information provided by the ICO, so these are defined correctly.

Your point of getting sector-specific training is correct for those who want to learn more about the topic within their sector. However, our course is a general awareness course and covers, as mentioned in the title, mainly the Essentials of the GDPR.

Thank you again for taking the time to post your feedback. I have passed this onto our Production Team for them to review. It will most certainly help us to make improvements to the course.

What do you like best about iHasco e-learning?

The transcript to accompany the video, makes it easy to follow, I like the idea of being to read along with the narrator. I also like the course outline is accessible throughout the course for ease of reference. These for me are the main selling points of the course and I certainly look forward to doing another course with ihasco e-learning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iHasco e-learning?

Time allocation doesn't allow for slippage and so can be misleading, i would suggest perhaps having the time as a suggested guideline rather than stating that it takes 60 minutes for example Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
