The fact that training on such a topic is necessary in the first place, although I do now appreciate why it found such common use in the past. I also think the slides did not need to be broken down so much. Some of them were only 20 seconds long. i dislike the use of videos that you have to keep stopping and starting the whole way through, i believe that this could be improved upon by having a written script to follow as the video plays, this could be used to highlight the key parts making it faster and more effective at teaching.
