While the software gives your innovation program great flexibility, the Innovation Architects are the best aspect of the solution. The on-line support staff via chat are great. I usually ask for help and get the answers within a few minutes. I usually find the IdeaScale community members and administrators all want to help each other. I think it would be helpful to have more assistance on starting up innovation programs. I would love to have an IdeaScale virtual user groups by region. So finding areas to change and how those affect others can be a bit challenging but they have a great support staff and an internal knowledge base with several help articles to guide you.
