We use iContact to create our marketing materials such as emails and and promotions to job seekers in the area. Our goal is to reach the most amount of people using as few steps as possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about iContact Services?

I like the dashboard on the home page. It is very clear to understand and interpret. After a message is sent out, we have the ability to view a pie chart showing us who has opened our email, what emails have bounced etc...this gives us the opportunity to see who is reading our emails and also update our contact information if we do have an email that is out of service. What do you dislike about iContact Services?

I think individual tabs within iContact take too long to load and uploading data into lists also takes too long. The templates are also not very user friendly. When I view a template on my desktop computer then send a test message of that template to my iphone...the two templates look completely different. iContact isn't very mobile viewer friendly in my opinion.
