What do you like best about iCapture?

What problems is iCapture solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our company is solving the problem of tracking event attendees for purposes of rapid follow up, which previously involved collecting business cards and renting badge scanners when available. What do you like best about iCapture?

The reps and the admins find it so easy to use! Our reps love that it's a single app for all of the trade shows, so they don't have to learn a new one each time. And their support team has been phenomenal to work with - they've even implemented some new features based on feedback from our reps. When we implemented iCapture, we did a soft launch with a few reps and a couple of shows to test it out. The implementation was not difficult and was very quick. What do you dislike about iCapture?

Working through initial testing of the templates/questionnaires has been tough. There's a lot of back and forth, but that may be cause our questionnaires are complicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is iCapture solving and how is that benefiting you?

In the past, we had to upload the lead retrieval lists into Salesforce.com after every show. Now they go directly into Salesforce.com without any lag time. Customers are followed up with sooner, and it saves our admin time. Also, it integrates to all 4 of our Salesforce.com orgs, so one scan can be for 5 different companies. What do you like best about iCapture?

Integration of information into our systems. Our B2B employees no longer have to write down information on leads, enter them into their own excel grid and send out cards to our BDMs which saves time and creates efficiency at events. We are creating a more holistic process for our tradeshows and conferences across the company which is benefiting us

What do you like best about iCapture?

I said it in April when I used iCapture and I’ll say it again... I wish all lead generation companies were as good as iCapture. Easy to use platform, exceptional customer service (not sure what other word I can use that means more than exceptional), and just all around freaking awesome. Thank you once again for the professional service and the speed at which you and the iCapture team do everything. It is very much appreciated in a “we’ll get back to you in 3-5 business days” world. Problem I am solving: By using iCapture for lead capture I am able to capture information from all the visitors that step into our booth at trade shows and conference events. By setting up the right qualifier questions ahead of time, which is very easy to do in the iCapture Back office / website I can identify the needs of the customer post show and make sure they are receive the proper follow up.

Realized benefits: The biggest benefit for our team has been an increase in detailed information entered by our sales team when using the iCapture app at shows. The interface is simple, straight forward and there is no need to swipe across multiple pages to find all the product information. What do you like best about iCapture?

It is great that questionnaires can be set up months in advance, and that our employees attending the tradeshow will not have to re-download and re-learn a new app each time. I like that it integrates with our CRM system and that all of our leads from each show can automatically be organized, tagged and emailed before we even leave the show! What do you dislike about iCapture?

We recently had an issue where we believe that some of our leads that we scanned were not saved. This is unusual and we haven't had this issue before, but it is a bummer to lose lead information. When we first started using iCapture, the app would crash every once in a while, but I haven't noticed that issue lately, so that is a nice improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

iCapture is highly valuable to our team to help us capture, score, and store our lead information from tradeshows. We used to wait until after the tradeshows to receive our lead information, manually enter business cards, and follow up once we tracked down all of our leads. iCapture makes this much easier for our team. Not losing leads (except for the issue mentioned above), having all of our leads organized in one list, being able to export all of the capture information to send to my coworkers following the show, and much more. What do you like best about iCapture?

I love that iCapture is continuously improving and building on their product. It is so easy to use and intuitive as it is, but they still find new ways to improve. It is always getting even better! What do you dislike about iCapture?

My only problems "were" when I would have an event that was using another vendor for badge scanning, and I could not map to that vendor's badges for one reason or another. My reps would want to use the other app for scanning capabilities, but that prevented immediate integration into our CRM and marketing programs. What do you like best about iCapture?

I like the fact that I can read what I need to enter in our database, whereas before using ICapture we needed to use material written by students. Very hard to decipher. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about iCapture?

Our team uses iCapture mostly for lead capture at events. iCapture gets the job done. What separates them is their grade-A support team. They will chat with you and/or get on the phone with you at any time of day to resolve your issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iCapture?

In order to edit a capture template, you need to go through their support team. This is time consuming and could likely be done with an admin type user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

iCapture can take a while to set up, and making adjustments to your setup takes a while but the support team will help you out through the entire process. Their platform does allow for great control over data taxonomy and data validation rules.
