What do you like best about iCapture?

Very easy to use (cannot say this enough)….

• Salesforce Integration: Great experience! Follow-up has been so much faster after events!

• Customer Service/Support: Top-notch experience – the iCapture team has been able to address all of my questions/concern

• Global Engagement: We recently added to our account. We now can use forms in multiple languages – this feature has been great and will be very useful as we ramp up our APAC and EMEA events Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is iCapture solving and how is that benefiting you?

No problems we are having with iCapture.

If there was one thing that would be of a benefit is if API Codes weren't an additional expense to obtain for attending a show. But to be honest, not sure if that could be solved at iCapture.

What do you like best about iCapture?

iCapture meet my requirement for helping my business partners have a sophisticated system to capture leads at a trade show and allow for assignment. It replaced a manual process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iCapture?

I love using and having the product as part of our Sales and Marketing process. I would only request that the customer admin create lead forms/business units. My success manager does a great job helping me, but I like to be self-enabled in all aspects. But other than that, the product, service and support at iCapture are excellent. What problems is iCapture solving and how is that benefiting you?

iCapture solves a major problem for us... inability to calculate event ROI. In the technology age, it is unacceptable not to have ROI numbers for all marketing campaigns. iCapture gives us those numbers and allows us to keep our events & sales teams accountable. What do you like best about iCapture?

What do you like best about iCapture?

What do I like best? So many things:

1. Working with the iCapture team was such a breeze. They were all very pleasant and knowledgeable. Rachel is a rockstar!

2. We were able to implement iCapture for my team from first conversation to first tradeshow in two months.

3. The app is extremely easy to use. We trained our sales staff on-site at the first tradeshow we implemented iCapture.

4. iCapture eliminates manual lead entry after tradeshows.

5. My sales team loves that they don't have to search for a lead scanner at the shows; they simply use their cell phones.

What do you dislike about iCapture?

The only downside we've seen from iCapture so far is the inability to "batch scan". Sometimes we have a group of folks at a tradeshow and we'd like to scan all of their badges, but there's no easy way to do that without filling out the lead form for each one first before moving on to the next. What do you like best about iCapture?

With Icapture you can gather all data from customers in your trade shows which is great to do follow-up and make sales happen. With this you can follow up on customer right after your trade show ends. This means if you have this you will probably follow up earlier than other companies with your possible customers. To be honest this app comes to solve my need to collect data from trade shows. Instead of having papers or cards and sometimes misplacing them and missing sales. Now I have it all at hand and I have incresed sales. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
