I love that it syncs instantly to our database and has many facets to capture users, whether by badge scan, photo mode and manual entry. This then gives us the ability to action or nurture as needed without having to wait. We can be first to contact the customer right after an event.
The admin experience and end user experience is very easy to use and comprehend. It is enjoyable to use and train to use.
Also, the customer service is unmatched. iCapture has many contact points for service and the turn around time for an answer is very quick. I feel confident when sending an email that I will get a response very timely, beyond expectations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ICAPTURE has helped us collect leads and organize follow-ups for over 4 years at large scale events and trade shows. It's very simple to setup and has endless capabilities. Whenever assistance is needed, customer support is quick to repsond and always helpful. Having MARKETO integration is a huge benefit and reason we utilize ICAPTURE so frequently. Lead forms used to be easier to customize on our own, now since we've standardized it requires more customer support involvemnt. They are great but could be more self sufficent if we could edit/add/delete/rework all fields per event. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
After researching into this, I'm glad we finally decided to implement this at our tradeshows. It has streamlined our process for capturing leads and minimized the additional work we do tied to lead entry. It was easy to use and train our team and quick integration with our CRM. I spent quite a lot of time researching tools we could use to capture leads at all of our tradeshows and ensure that the salespeople had an easy to use, integrated, and standardized tool. After a ton of research, iCapture seemed like the obvious choice and spoke from experience in our discovery calls, they truly understood our exact challenges with tradeshow lead capture. Our onboarding experience has been phenomenal, the support is amazing and instantly replies through their live chat. The system is completely integrated with our MAP and our CRM, and the mapping was made easy with our Account Executive. I can see who has and has not downloaded the application, making it super easy to send out reminders to those specific people.
The biggest benefit of all, iCapture licenses are based on an annual cost, not events run, not users at the events. Let that sink in. We're currently planning to use iCapture for over 50 events next year and this is going to represent huge cost savings and time savings on my end managing imports and mapping. I feel like creating the forms and mapping to our MAP and CRM could be done ourselves for more technologically inclined users but I totally understand that this poses a liability to their support if the users are given that much control.
