iCapture is hands down one of the easiest products to use. The product easily integrates into SFDC and we were able to connect the two over a single 20 minute call. We had some initial issues that were resolved instantly because the customer support team at iCapture is second to none. The product functionality is super simple and easy to use. We looked at other competitors and the products were too confusing and priced way higher. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downside is that it's slightly hard to get internal adoption. Our sales team is tricky and we need to prove concept in order to get better adoption. This is not something iCapture could help us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's great to have customer support always at hand to help us build the process according to our (not very straightforward) requirements. UI is very clear and easy to use. We can't map fields nor create flows ourselves, which takes some control away. On the other hand, the team is always quick enough to help, so this may as well be seen as an advantage, as we don't have to spend time figuring it out.

iCapture has provided our companies with a consistent, custom lead retrieval solution. The onboarding process was very thorough, from the launch phase to training our staff. iCapture took our complicated situation with multiple integrations and provided a detailed, yet simplified way of obtaining our leads' product interest information.
Our staff is happy to have one lead-capturing app across all tradeshows and events. The app is very clean and easy to use. From badges to business cards to manual entry, it's all covered with iCapture. There's no lost data! The immediate entry into SalesForce is a game-changer for our team and has decreased the follow-up time.
The Back Office is a dream for administrative purposes. We can see the leads in real-time, event analytics, assist our staff with any questions, and so much more. Support from the iCapture staff has been phenomenal throughout the entire process. iCapture has taken our team's feedback and helped implement changes. They've worked with us to develop the most effective and user-friendly lead-capturing software for our staff. I have been using iCapture for over 5 years from 2 companies. This lead capture toold is very versitile; working for a international multi billion dollar company to a smaller USA based non-profit. It is very customizable. The account manager you are assigned worked closey with our company to make sure that the tool delivers the results we needed to boost our leads and to get them in real time. The implemnetion and setup was done within a matter of days. We were up and running in less than 2 weeks. The tool integrates well with many marketing automation platforms.
The support staff is always on hand to asistl; 24-hour assstance, so no matter where you are in the world you will have the assistance you need to have a successful event. The tool itself is easy to build out and use, even for a not so tech savy individual.
Overall, I highly recomend iCapture for any size company. If you value your sales team and solid leads iCapture is the tool for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how responsive the iCapture team is. The customer support is absolutely outstanding and I have always had fun working with them. The platform itself is very easy and intutive to use. The integration with Marketo was also very easy with just click of a button. I also like they take feedback from clients for new feature request and implement them as they come into their product development pipeline. Overall its a great company to work with. The software capabilities are great, but what I really love about iCapture is the support that their entire team provides. Prompt, knowledgeable support that allows us trust that our expectations will be exceeded. Blanca, our rep, and all of the customer support teams are ready to help very quickly if anything isnt going as anticipated.

I've been using iCapture for over a year and what I love most is that it saves us time. After a lead is captured it goes directly into our CRM. If business cards are scanned and not recognized, iCapture has a team on the backend that will identify and plug in the appropriate information. A reminder to download the leads is sent right after the conference. Management of users when trying to maintain all the users, we need more reporting on the dates someone last captured a lead to clear out those that don't use the app, better way to remove icapture userse than one by one or having to log a ticket for it, managment of duplicate leads Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love that it syncs instantly to our database and has many facets to capture users, whether by badge scan, photo mode and manual entry. This then gives us the ability to action or nurture as needed without having to wait. We can be first to contact the customer right after an event.
The admin experience and end user experience is very easy to use and comprehend. It is enjoyable to use and train to use.
