What do you like best about IBM Sterling B2B Integration SaaS?

The Sterling B2B application is a great product that allow you to do many jobds through one application. File transfer to file validation to file manipulation. The Sterling product umbrella allows you to plug into other applications directly or through API's, Been using the product for over 14 years now and its very little that it can't do. Once setup it takes care of itself. I'm happy with the improvements IBM has made and its direction going forward. The thing I like most is it's ability to do several tasks under one application. The way it integrates with the needs of our bank is one of the best thing. Once implemented it has the minimal issues that we ever encounted. Specially when we are transferring money files, we need something stable and secure which B2B is. WE transfer around 30k-50k files a day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about IBM Sterling B2B Integration SaaS?

The application is easy to use and customer support is outstanding. I use this product almost daily for Test and Production. Production rarely requires my intervention and I rarely think about it. Being in the USA, we have customers overseas who use EDIFACT. IBM is very helpful in implementing EDIFACT processing. When I make a request, IBM will always honor that request and will offer tip/suggestions. This assistance is vital for me, as I am not a full time EDI expert. But the On-prem installation will be more preferriable by BFSL banking systems, but the saas is not acceptable by some of the banking sectors due to security reasons Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
