What do you like best about IBM Process Mining?

I like the technical part of the tool; it is easy to navigate, and the data collection is very incredible, but its best feature is the process explorer, and the way to identify bottlenecks is excellent; I also liked that it is easy to use and that offers information that improves the work done.
