I cannot think of anything at this time other then wishing it was move integrated with the other infosphere tools. I do believe that in future versions we will see this. The tool allows a way to quickly summarize the data in a field to provide metrics that would be time consuming to obtain manually. It also gives a quick summary of the tables. This in opinion is the most useful feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike that the software does not allow you to compare fields to truly profile data. Field in tables have dependencies and the software does not allow you to see this. You also cannot see all of the data in a table. It blocks different views of the data. This creates the need for a spreadsheet or querying tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The integration with the rest of the InfoSphere suite like IGC and Data Stage. Information analyzer moves the data quality responsibility closer to the data owners.
