I've been using this line of products for 3 years now, starting with IBM IIB 9. It's very quick in developing simple applications that manipulate XML or CSV files. I have used it only on-premises, and sometimes, while developing, the broker can be unreliable, causing crashes and/or freezes when deploying repeatedly from the toolkit (valid for pre-12 versions).
