What do you dislike about I-9 Advantage?
To be avoided! What did I dislike, everything. I was a second rate product right from the implementation full of excuses. I was disatisfied with the product, Came to an agreement that we woudl terminate the service and the contract. 3 years later they start hounding me for payment. The first they cam back I got them to back off, after two more years of hounding I just paid it to be rid of them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about I-9 Advantage?
It helps you stay organized with I-9 forms and I prefer that it is all done online. I've tracked I-9 forms on paper and it was a mess. It is relatively easy to use and figure out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about I-9 Advantage?
I have had product crash before, but other than that no real complaints on it. I was never trained formally on it, just given a run through of what to do. Partially that is on my former company, but it would be great to have a more involved rep that can be relied on to do a quick and straight forward training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
