They provide GST invoices instantly which helps to book our expenses on timely manner. We implemented Hyra Hotels without facing much issues. Plenty of options are available in the dashboard. Customer service is not great, it was difficult to get connected to some from the support team. After facing these issues multiple time, we stopped using their services.
