What do you like best about Hyperbound?

My favorite thing about Hyperbound is how easy it is to use, both for the admin and for the user. The bot creation tool is spectacular, I love being able to fill in specific details about the prospect to make the conversations as realistic as possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hyperbound?

I do not dislike anything about Hyperbound Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Hyperbound:

Definitely give it a try if you want to improve your team's cold calling skills. Use it to create contests that drive your reps to use the tool more, encouraging more practice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Hyperbound solving and how is that benefiting you?

I came to Hyperbound after recently being promoted to manage my company's business development team. We had just hired 4 brand new reps, and do not have a sales enablement person to help with getting new reps up to speed. I also identified cold calling skills gaps within my existing team, so I was on the hunt for a solution that could help. Hyperbound solves so many problems for us! The reps can practice their skills and build their cold calling muscles by practicing with customized bots, rather than risking it all on potential customers. It is a safe space for them to try new techniques and messaging without having to worry. We offer many different solutions, and have many different types of conversations, so being able to customize the bots for a specific solution is an absolute game-changer. I would recommend Hyperbound to any BDR/SDR leader. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hyperbound Overview

What is Hyperbound?

Hyperbound is a simulated AI sales roleplay platform that turns ICP descriptions into interactive AI buyers in less than 2 minutes. It helps your sales team onboard 50% faster and boosts your team's conversions on cold, warm, & discovery calls. Every sales team wants to do more roleplays, but it's often unscalable and biased. Instead of having your sellers practice on real prospects and burn leads in the process, Hyperbound allows your reps to get realistic at-bats with an AI buyer. Sellers can finally gain call confidence and mastery in a simulated environment that doesn't put your pipeline at risk and gives time back to your managers.

What do you like best about Hyperbound?

Hyperbound’s innovative approach to blending technology with user experience stands out. Its seamless integration of interactive elements creates a dynamic, engaging platform. I appreciate how it fosters creativity and collaboration while pushing boundaries in the digital space. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hyperbound?

One downside of Hyperbound is that it can sometimes feel overwhelming due to its high level of complexity. The learning curve might be steep for new users, and navigating its full range of features can be a bit challenging initially. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Hyperbound:

I'd recommend starting with the basics and taking the time to explore its features step by step. Don't rush—experiment with different tools and integrate feedback from the community to maximize your experience. Patience pays off! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hyperbound?

Customizable based on ICP

A good enablement team can use it for coaching and feedback

It's actually difficult (calling real people can be easier)

Different persona's with own interests can test you time and time again

Great way to start a call blitz and warm up

Can be fun to do with a team (How fast can you book a meeting)

Great way to keep things fresh and trial a new approach Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hyperbound?

You can get the feeling that delivery of pitch isn't taken into account as much as the actual words and specificity (Not really a bad thing, but a good delivery can sometimes open doors better than saying the right words).

There is a point during a call where the bot warms up and you know the meeting can be booked (However sometimes you get this wrong and shoot yourself in the foot, but a "turning point" can be felt in a call after you've done enough fo them (True for real calls as well tbh)). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Hyperbound:

I used to practice on prospects, this is much more effective, if you need to warm up, need to train your team, need to train yourself or want to practice a new approach then Hyperbound is for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Hyperbound solving and how is that benefiting you?

First Hyperbound was used to ramp up and practice my delivery on cold calls, work on tonality, naturalness, persona specific pitching and getting comfortable talking about our product. It also was great to hear the ai respond and summarise what we do to get a bit of instant feedback and help develop our pitch further. Sometimes quite gruelling and unforgiving Hyperbound was able to really push my approach with contacts.

Since getting quite good (as a result of training on Hyperbound) I've dropped use a bit but still find value in the tool when I want to practice a different approach. When I want to test the delivery of a specific bit of material, research or a unusual introduction I jump on HB to test it as you eventually come to learn how important delivery is. What do you like best about Hyperbound?

Its ability to scale call training in a way that has not been done before. Role plays are a major part of our sales training program so the time and effort to regularly deliver them across a constantly growing team is huge. Hyperbound completely optimises managers time allowing them to focus on call anlysis and areas of improvement for each rep rather than delivering 100's of hours of repeptive role plays. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hyperbound?

Honestly nothing. Founders are extremly hands on and care about what customers want. New functionaliry and features are launched quickly and efficiently. If there is an issue then it gets dealt with promtly. Shout out to both Sriharsha and Atul for their amazing work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Its a no brainer. Just go for it. Incredible value Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hyperbound?

Hyperbound is as realistic as it gets when considering cold calling practice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hyperbound?

Not much. A native (German) version would also be nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Hyperbound:

Try it. It will make you life easier! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Hyperbound solving and how is that benefiting you?

In general, cold calling larger companies is hard to practice. You only have 100-150 companies in your account deck, and if you blow too many calls, due to inexperience/ lack of practice, you're all out of luck.

This is where Hyperbound comes in: It creates a real life calling scenario, in which you can practive safely what works and what doesn't. The first few times I tried it, I even felt nervous, because of similarity to a real call. After trying out different approaches, I managed to "win" all my calls, which gave me great confidence for real calls.

I would recommend this to everyone who has to cold call on a consistent basis, best do 3-5 practice calls everyday, before you hit the phones, and your calling session will be a lot easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hyperbound?

It's a unique role play tool, with diffrent personas , titles, products and level of rudeness :-) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hyperbound?

Would be great if there wer more options in the free trial . Like for example now there are only rude and less rude personas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Hyperbound:

Hyperbound saves people involvment into the role play skills developmentt , at it gives the opportunity for sales people to test their skills , resilience , adaptibility, objection handeling and improvising. Only one call can answer a lot of questions you might have for a perticular Sales expertise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Hyperbound solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Hyperbound even at the first stage of our recrutment cycle. We call it the Hyper Interview. Few of the BOT's are given to the candidates to role play , while senior SDR's are listening to their sales pitch, objection handeling abilities and closing skills . Also written part is given to the ones that manage to schedule a call, asking them to write an e-mail before the Client-Prospect Demo call.

Also we have been using Hyperbound as for our role play objection handeling workshops , as well as part of our coaching and training program.

I do belive we have many benefits of using this unique tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hyperbound?

You provide information about the prospect, company, and product via prompts and the platform creates a bot with realistic objections. It is realistic with variations where you choose where the prospect is at (has competitor, not aware of the issue, etc.). This platform enables training and sales enablement to quickly get members up to speed or focus on specific areas that need improvement, quickly and effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hyperbound?

Our org has over 100 SDRs so what we are trying to accomplish in the platform can be unique. Because of this, there are global dashboards and analytics that we would be interested in that do not exist today. With that said, it was passed to the team and is already being worked on.

The team has been willing to address all of our needs if it's not available currently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Hyperbound solving and how is that benefiting you?

Hyperbound is helping expedite the training and onboarding of SDRs with more realistic reps. We can conduct mock cold calls that are very realistic and give directional feedback through custom scorecards that we've created. The implementation and creation of new bots is very straightforward yet the result of the bot and conversation is incredibly realistic. Many platforms these days say they use AI these days.. Hyperbound is actually one of them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hyperbound?

The ability to continously use it without the need of another person. They can independently use the tool in the office, or for homework to get a compeitive advantage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hyperbound?

The thing that create the most fricition for us is the creation of bots. Not only does this require creativity but also time. As a sales leader, this is a siginificant invest of time on the up front to dedicate. Once set up it's fine but for busy sales leaders this is probably low on the prioroity list which can be frustrating when wanting the reps to adapt to the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Hyperbound:

They were great about adding custom analytics and modeling the data to what was important to use to prove that this was a worthwhile product for our team! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Hyperbound solving and how is that benefiting you?

Hyperbound has helped us a ton by providing a realistic and comprehensive tool for role playing for our cold callers. During the training process it's nice to be able to give them Hyperbound to practice realistic objections. The creativity takes a lot of pressure off leaders to contstantly have new situations or creative ways to object to give our BDs & SDRs more practice. It is also super helpful for experience reps going through a rut. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hyperbound?

It provides non-biased mocks, whereas instructor led mocks are always subject to bias by the trainer who can make mocks more difficult or easy based on perceptions of the trainer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hyperbound?

Over time, we have found that users can learn hacks or ways to game the bot to get success. For this reason, we use it heavily in the first 90 days, but not so much after. That said, learning to game the bot is also an important form of training and muscle memory. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Hyperbound:

Hyperbound is an important tool when used as part of a comprehensive training program that includes classroom instruction, detailed documentation of playbooks, sales process, tech stack, etc. Just exposing hyperbound to the team will not create results , in my opinion. There needs to be a complete training program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Hyperbound solving and how is that benefiting you?

As one of the largest providers of outsourced SDR operations, we use mock calls as an important training exercise to guage how well the SDR is progressing through various levels of training. However, these mocks are time consuming for the trainer. Particularly when we have a large training class, it can slow things down. While we still use live mocks, with Hyperbound, each trainee can work by themselves to practice things like handling objections, doing discovery and closing. Mocks can also be tedious and not much fun for the participants. We have found with Hyperbound that there is a fun vibe to the team when they are using it, and they often will spontaneously compete or gamify the activity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hyperbound?

Ease of use - does what it says it does even though I had early concerns about the AI bot not being realistic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hyperbound?

Early on a few AI hiccups but the product team made some changes and adjusted. They are one of the best product teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Hyperbound:

This team got to market early - but I also believe they are an extremely talented product team that is focusing all efforts on an area of sales that just has not had any innovation. This is worth your time for a demo - and all sellers new to the vets- will get value... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Hyperbound solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have a massive audience of professional sellers. With cold email getting tougher SO many reps have turned up the volume on cold calling - but let's face it - not a skill everyone has, and ALWAYS can be improved. We started working with the Hyperbound platform to give the audience a BETTER way to roleplay, and without burning through real prospects. I rolled up my sleeves and jumped in with the audience for some fun competition (do this at your company!!!) and will say that on my 5th call my confidence, muscle memory, talk track, everything seemed to start to smooth out. I have been around high impact sales training and what was ALWAYS missing was good live roleplay with feedback loops - here it is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hyperbound?

I can try new techniques and practice till I no longer get it wrong. I Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hyperbound?

Sometimes there can be a pause of the AI bots. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Hyperbound:

Try it for free and go from there. Personally, I use it every day to practice before getting on a call block. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Hyperbound solving and how is that benefiting you?

- Previously practising cold calls required at least two people. Hyperbound can be done at any time with one person.

- The person you would practice with would have to embody the persona & think of rejections - 9/10 this would be very poor. Hyperbound lets you practice with specific problems and rejections.

- In Europe, you aren't able to record outbound calls because of GDPR so you are unable to analyse calls. Hyperbound allows you to practice with a virtual persona so it's no longer practising till you get it right, it's practising till you don't get it wrong. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
