A comprehensive troubleshooting guide for common issues, like the multilanguage button malfunction, could help users resolve problems faster.

A knowledge base with FAQs, video tutorials, and community support.

3. Dedicated Support Channels

If email responses are slow, they should introduce a live chat or ticketing system with automated tracking.

An escalation system for urgent cases where users can request priority support.

What problems is HubSnacks solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have been using the Thrifty theme for a client website, but unfortunately, we’ve encountered a major issue with the multilanguage button not functioning properly. Despite multiple emails and follow-ups with @HubspotThemeSupport (HubSnacks), we have yet to receive any response or assistance.

Good customer support is essential, especially when dealing with website functionality that impacts user experience. We had expected a more professional and timely response from the support team, but after weeks of waiting, we are left with no solution.

If you are considering using the Thrifty theme, be aware that support may not be as responsive as expected. I hope the company sees this review and takes action to improve its customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They are liars and insincere, As mentioned above, we signed up to a package with them and they have not done anything and completely ignoring our correspondence. I've asked for a full refund and don't want anything to do with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Do not use as they promise you and deliver nothing and try charging you extra even though they literally have not done one thing for us. Beware of any good reviews as they're asking people to do reviews before any works carried out to compensate for some of the work that's meant to be included in their subscription that they have paid for. What problems is HubSnacks solving and how is that benefiting you?

After many meetings with HubSpot and Hub snacks prior to signing up to their services and the software we advised them that we needed to move over by a certain date from our current CRM and the transition needed to happen before that.

We paid upfront for everything, including the subscription, which is very expensive as well as the snack subscription to help with on boarding.

We promised the World prior to signing up as soon as we've signed up we got left and no one has help us. Even though they promised us that we would be boarded before the 28th of October When are previous CRM system subscription would finish which means we wouldn't have access to it? We were really worried that things was not moving forward so ask them can they reconfirm that we would be moved over before the 28th of October? They took all of our money and just left us when I put in a complaint response was that it can take up to 90 days for them to Do the basic tasks we need and they also have tried charging us for it when they have taken money off us and not done anything and the task that needed to be done were basic tasks that was included in our snack subscription. Once I made the complaint, they said if I leave positive reviews before they would do some of the work free of charge. I sent in another complaint as I think this is very unfair blackmailing us to do reviews online for services that we have already paid for.

They have not got back to us with a plan of action or even acknowledged how they're gonna fix anything with the complaints. All we keep getting is an email saying it's with the managers. It's with the managers. It's now 10 days since I sent the complaint and we have no CRM No way for our leads to go, which means we are not receiving any leads whatsoever which is causing massive damage to our company.

Can't believe we left Keap Infustion Soft who had excellent customer service and was always there to help you for HubSpot who I meant to be a amazing software, however, although the Customer Service at HubSpot has been okay, the Customer Service at Hoback who get you on board with HubSpot has been absolutely disgusting and disgraceful. I've been asking for a refund and I will need to move back to our old software, however Is not an easy process as everything has been cancelled as we thought we were moving over to the new software by the 28th of October.

My Team has spent so much time energy and money, heart and soul into this project for snacks to just disregards and try to get more money out of us and delay their response to us. We are literally left with no answers No refund and no CRM system.

We've put so much time and money into our brand Assuaged, Inc., and it wasn't until Hubsnacks that we got so organized.

It was stressful at first because it was a migration process too. We left WordPress because it got too expensive and we needed more user ability.

Hubspot is a powerful form of software that must be used to its fullest potential. The biggest challenge was finding a person, let alone agency who could effectively guide us in areas we didn't understand.

Having the Hubsnacks agency allows us designate tasks that we can't get done in house.

Their Concierge package is the most notable one because so much is done in such little time. The money is worth the spend. You can literally assign or ask for ANYTHING to be done, just as long as it's Hubspot related.

Communication and being thorough is essentially and consistently demonstrated by Hubsnacks, they are precise and they teach you to do the same so things are done at a much faster rate.

Hubsnacks seamlessly helped us transition, despite being UK-based and us being USA-based. The time zone differences make no difference, the work is fast, quality, and there is virtual hand-holding through every step. This is important for all brands as the value is unparalleled to other services offered.

Our website is beautiful and the design is beyond what we've ever seen. The functionality is amazing and it only keeps getting better as they continuously help us to build.

Mixed - website page changes & upgrade; new landing pages; optimization of website; clean up of staging area. What do you like best about HubSnacks?

I like that they have a follow-the-sun model, which means i never waited long for a response or a resolution. I also really like the format of raising tickets...very clear and logical. The flexibility to change my package level and/or cancel without a contract was also extremely attractive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSnacks?

Very few downsides, other than cost if you are on a tight budget. That said, Hubsnacks do not require a $$$ minimum monthly spend that a lot of HubSpot agencies require. They have a simple 3-tier plan offering which is great value if you have a tonne of tasks to get through. If you only have a very limited number of tasks, then this might feel like a large spend.
