It's an excellent free banner editor available online. It's designed to be used by anyone because it's very easy to learn. For transitions and animations it has a timeline that gives me more control over the design, it can be exported in different web formats and it is multiplatform, which nowadays is a necessity. It has many images to use and they're of high quality, its editing tools and the extensive library of resources are great. The software is totally responsive, another great advantage.
