What do you like best about Hostaway?

Bryann was extremely helpful in assisting me during Hostaway onboarding. The platform is built for hosts of all sizes, with all the integrations and features you would expect from a professional channel manager solution. What do you like best about Hostaway?

It's great to have a support team to help with channel management needs and Billy did an amazing job in helping me with multiple requests when trying to connect new listings to VRBO and Booking.com. I also love the rental agreement functions, check-in forms, and automated messaging interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hostaway?

The only disadvantage is that the pricing is high and the additional services for remote locks and dynamic pricing can add up quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hostaway?

The onboarding system and their user friendly app Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hostaway?

They do not listen at all (at least with me) about ny concerns with the website (horrible ans unacceptable translations). Customer service takes to long to answer and you have too many representatives dealing with the same issue and you have to repeat again and again what the problem iswhich turns this very annoying.

What do you like best about Hostaway?

Host away is a great platform for short term rental property management. It has very useful features and most important for me is the financial reporting. You can customize the fields extensively, which is one of the reasons I switched over from Hospitable. I have to give Andrew, one of the executive support staff a 10 star rating. He has been very generous with his time, and each time I've reached out he has assisted me and has been very gracious with extending the calls beyond our time frame. Excellent customer service is hard to come by in the service industry and I give them thumbs up!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
