What do you like best about Hostaway?

Compared Hostaway to a couple other PMS providers and theirs was the easiest to navigate and use. Pricing structure was simpler than the rest.

Onboarding was a great experience. My onboarding specialist, Michael Herzfeld, did a fabulous job. He really took the time to make sure we went through all the important features and tools of the platform.

Not to mention, he was a really nice guy and easy to talk to. Made the set easy and fun. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hostaway?

What do you like best about Hostaway?

All the tools have great features but this is on another level. The best part is that they actual do customer onboarding. The other tools will not work right if you don't get help and hostaway makes sure that your setup for success. I tried another product and had to ditch it becuase I couldn't get it setup correctly and it was creating a lot more issues with my properities than it was fixing. Now I have everything setup and automated and I don't much at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hostaway?

Hostaway is easy to use, its customer support is always very reactive, especially Billy has been of great help solving an unpleasant issue created by a guest cancelling a reservation. He was very quick and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hostaway?

The experience i have had with my onboarding agent, Melania has been incredible. The director Josh put me in touch with her and ever since my experience has been seemless. i cannot fault hte cusomter support.

What do you like best about Hostaway?

Supe simple to transition from other channels like Guesty, I like that they have the ability to automate messages per listing which is a feature that was stripped from my previous account upgrade from Guesty. Great support, and onboarding was a breeze! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hostaway?

I just finished my onboarding with Hostaway and I could not be more pleased. Yubelkiz is the best support agent I could have ever asked for! She was there for me through the entire process with any questions I had and I couldnt have done it without her. Having that onboarding support made Hostaway an amazing choice for me!
