I love using Hospitable. Not only is it simple to use, they are constantly adding new features as a result of host feedback. They host calls where you can listen in on changes and new features on the horizon and then give feedback on existing features. It's is easy on the eyes unlike some other property management software that is ugly and difficult to use. Hospitable is also easy to set up and integrate with Airbnb and VRBO. I love that the message automated and easily customizable Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't like that sometimes the messages aren't sending through. Also it takes a bit for customer service to get back to you even though they are really great once they do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Hospitable has been a wonderful platform for helping me with my property management business. Having 9 properties is tough to manage with the help of one other person on my team. However, being able to send automatic messages to guests, using the Suggested AI replies, and keeping each of my properties' information and guests organized has been a dream. It is super easy to use and add new properties we acquire for a quick and easy setup. My team and I use Hospitable every single day and love the new updates and Town Hall meetings that they put on for us users. Hospitable is a platform that actually listens and wants to help make the platform better by listening to users' suggestions on things we would like to see. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As with any software, there is always room for improvement. One thing I would love to see is a platform for Owner Dashboards where my owners are able to see things like metrics, calendars, etc. Another feature I would love to see is more customizations for direct booking websites. I like having a website built out by Hospitable but I would love to see sub-pages added like an 'about us', 'contact us', or 'hire us as your property manager' type pages. I've been using Hospitable for years. The software keeps getting better and they keep adding features based off user feedback. I like the metrics reporting dashboard and am happy they've added direct booking functionality. The core PMS functionality has improved over time and gotten very reliable. My team members rely on Hospitable every day to run our 7-figure / year portfolio and look forward to scaling with it and seeing it get even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have added two properties from scratch upon signing up on the hospitable platform. From A-Z I needed the help documents, the chat feature, and leaving an email contact to learn my way. It is an intuitive platform, with lots of bells and whistles Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is a powerful platform that can be overwhelming for a newbie. I did appreciate two- 30 min onboarding calls, when I know only one is offered normally. There are plenty of help videos, rewatching town halls and other best practices, but you still have to take the time to make sure all items are set up correctly on the platform, and that Hospitable is "talking" to the other booking sites, like AirBnB, VRBO, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Automating all of my guest messages has saved me so much time. I use the automated message list as a way to see what is coming up in my rentals.
The support is top notch, if I ever have an issue they are there to make sure everything is fixed and I understand. Very much appreciate the town halls too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

• Perhaps a Dashboard That Can Tell Me Listing Ranking - Integrate RankBreeze or Buy Them Out
• A Dashboard that can help recommend listing opportunities to me – Did I optimize the listing, Should I lower the minimum night stay, should I allow pets, is there more than 20 pictures
• Faster Integrations with other companies – Beyond Pricing, WheelHouse, TripAdvisor, Houfy, Facebook Marketplace, Booking.com, etc.
