What do you like best about HomeSpotter Spacio?

What do you dislike about HomeSpotter Spacio?

Being able to use Spacio offline is a great feature if your open house has spotty internet service. And they make a big deal about telling you it works offline on a tablet, laptop, or phone. What they don't tell you is that you have to shut down a certain way or you lose all your data. I just lost all sign-ins on an $875K listing. Customer service took 2 weeks to investigate, then told me "sorry, nothing we can do, please use a tablet next time." Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HomeSpotter Spacio solving and how is that benefiting you?

For an open house, it provides a way for visitors to sign in. Then it syncs with my company-provided CRM. I've used it for 2-3 years with no problem. Then suddenly, I lost all data from an important open house. Now I don't trust it, and I'm going back to handwritten sign-ins. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HomeSpotter Spacio?

The ease of use! We can teach our new employees very quickly on how to use the software. The ability to customize for the specific need. It also can be used with multiple types of devices! When we host open houses, the agents use both their cell phones and a tablet for visitors at an open house to record their information. It doesn't just work for open houses, we host community outreach events and have all persons input their information so they can receive more information on what event is being hosted. I.E adoption event, all visitors input their info for the raffle, more information on how to donate/volunteer at the shelter, and if they were interested in buying/selling a home, there was an area to state that so we could follow up, or transfer that information to the correct person.

The data is easily shareable as well, one agent can take the compiled list of names, numbers, etc and email or share to another agent or the administration in the office to do follow-ups! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HomeSpotter Spacio?

If you do not have a good signal when starting the application it will not work well. We have had multiple issues try to use the program on a hotspot and the program will freeze up and stop responding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HomeSpotter Spacio solving and how is that benefiting you?

The ability to track and maintain lead information. This allows potential clients to input their information and then, in turn, be stored easily and effectively. This also make following up with leads easier as we can customize it so that potential clients can mark how they prefer to be contacted. Unsolicited phone calls can be off-putting for some of our clientele, avoiding that, and sending a quick text has opened new doors for us! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
