They keep charging you and renewing your subscription without your permission.1. I never authorized them go put me on a continuous Subscription which they did. After I cancelled, they still went on to charge me for my next listing. They claim they sent me an Email which I should have replied to, had I not wanted the charge.What a rip-off. When I spoke to the customer service rep Johanna Jordan( don’t know if that’s her real name) she scoffed and said she would let her supervisor know but could not promise a refund and maybe they would give me credit. Run away from the pro membership. No value to Realtors They email daily trying to sell you ads. You have to pay $600 for them to sell to you daily. Horrible customer service. I can find out everything about the house, the listing agent's contact info, pictures and details about the house, special showing instruction, commission being offered, and so much more! Homesnap as a concept is good, but they failed to deliver leads, which they say you will get when you run ads. I signed up for a pro account and ran 2 ads. No leads. I emailed support. No response. I called support. The message says nobody is available to help and to call back later. I just threw away a lot of money. Homesnap is a scam. Don't make the mistake I made.
