Pro, the cheaper version does auto posts for your Google business and at least keeps it looking active Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Concierge is nothing but a big money suck, they have a decent pitch and send you none stop drip emails to try them out, but once your sign up (6 month minimum). Literally nothing happens for 6 months, don't waste your money, concierge literally does nothing, and if you call to complain all they can come up with is, "well your not posting enough reviews" WTF, I'm getting reviews about once a week and nothing ever came through lead wise. Homesnap improvements For Homesnap pro plus agents
Allow a CRM-like follow-up boss to integrate into the Homesnap website - the current solution is weak.
Let agents set up housing drip ( automatically send new listings ) from the website, highlighting the agent. ( as long as they sign up for the newsletter or download the app)
Make changing the zip codes allowable for the newsletter easier- tutorial on how to. So the consumer can have the newsletter sent to the zip codes they want.
Have a dedicated number ( like Zillow) for calls that come in through the concierge service. Most calls not in your contacts on your phone get flagged as spam.
Get a text feature on Google searches for agents who use the concierge service.
Allow concierge leads to be automatically put into my website newsletter.
Change the about me page ( HS website) and add my public profile.
The app is excellent. Have a pop-up tutorial walking buyers/sellers through how to set up alerts and send properties to agents through the app. Customers and clients need help to figure it out. Neither can most agents. ( yes, they should watch the HS training)
Allow a PDF attachment when you send a property through the HS app messages.
Allow a tracking pixel on the websites.
My HS public profile page shows me as the contact agent when a consumer clicks on a property for sale. It would allow me to use the page for advertisements. Why would I, or any agents, drive a buyer or seller to another agent???

I would like to use My Homesnap Public profile for advertising. However, when you click on a home for sale, it promotes the listing agent. Can this be changed to have them contact me? Maybe link to my home snap website when they search homes in the newsletter Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use this instead of having an IDX website because clients can search for properties from my homesnap profile! And, it has the added bonus for them to search outside of my state, like nationwide, something I wouldn't get with an IDX website. It would only have the local mls integration. And with Homsnap, it notifies me of potential leads immediately! It has my contact information for them to contact me as well!

Paying for the service I thought I might get at least one good lead to get a sale. But instead I was told to get more google reviews. Then told I am in to demanding of a market for them to help me after 6 months. I wish they would have told me this before I payed them all the money! Nothing. They give you a nice pep talk and make tall promises till they get your money. And then they do the disappearing act. I emailed the guy who signed me up and he was very arrogant and suggested that I go back to their university to learn how to do it. He said there will be no customer service unless I upgrade to the next platform Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Just a terrible company. Bait and switch. Nothing of their promises works. You are pretty much on your own once you pay up. They ask you to watch a video and nothing in the video works.

Poor customer service, ongoing trouble with active listings updating timely in the Homesnap app. VERY difficult to get personal help to resolve duplicate billing or other issues. Most recent issue - started 5/5/22 no one to answer phones, send several emails finally reached a live person on 5/16/22 currently on hold for over 5 min after explaining my situation.
