The team is very professional, knowledgeable, and has well-organized customer support processes. What I like the best is that the team is willing to work with us and even with our manufacturer closely to resolve problems that we accounter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I don't like is there's a lack of flexibility on the SIM to be activated or de-active as we needed. Especially we have the 12 months contract term with our customers, but Hologram SIM can be auto-set for the period to deactivate the data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that I can quickly deploy devices worldwide - I don't have to negotiate with telecommunications providers, sign contracts, work in arcane development infrastructure - I get a SIM, and I ship. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
