Punctually:
- Some reports, after a certain treshold of number of SIMs, start to be a little slow to show the information

- Customer support: Fast and willing customer support
- Service reliability: We have been using the services for several years and have not had any problems during that time.

Emnify has been providing us with M2M services for five years. During that time I really can't think of any cons to list here.
