Recommendations to others considering Hively:
If I HAD to suggest a recommendation it would suggest to change the font color on the email that we are getting with the client comments. The font color is very pale and small but its still readable.
If I like to know who gave me the rating I do not know or have access to view review and why. It can be options to know what is the feedback and from whom i am receiving it so that I can work on it. If i don't know why or who gave me a bad review it will be difficult in some cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What problems is Hively solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows customers to provide ratings and feedback comments using a one-click option. The team members gets rewarded points for every rating they receive. The leaderboard option allows users to access the team scores and rank the high performing team members. Hively also provides integration with email solutions (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook and SalesForce etc.,) CRM applications and Incident tracking systems.
In other words Hively is one of the best way to collect feedback from customers without having to big trouble and easy to set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
