What do you like best about Hipporello?

I particularly like the idea of status emails and forms being converted to Trello cards. Reduces input of information as well as helps in organizing the flow of getting support requests and customers’ feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hipporello?

It means if the client uses an image or a document in his email, this does not go to the Trello card. This leads to a sudden discontinuation of the flow of information and practical need to find the attachments on our own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Hipporello solving and how is that benefiting you?

I find that with Hipporello, ticketing support for creating a Trello card has become very efficient. This not only enables our team to reply to the customers’ questions more promptly but also helps maintain Trello boards’ clarity concerning ongoing problems. What do you like best about Hipporello?

Thanks to Hipporello my inbox went from a monster of a file, full of support requests to a tidy well-organized one. The use of custom forms means that I receive all the required data from the users and questionnaires at once, without multiple email bounces. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hipporello?

I can not create scripts for automatic routing of tickets according to the templates I set for it or it might not perform actions according to the current status of tickets. This implies that it is necessary to sort manually, which might prove slower during certain periods of high traffic on the website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Hipporello solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you dislike about Hipporello?

On the downside, Hipporello’s German translation needs significant improvement as it is not only inadequate but also missing in some areas, which can be a barrier for non-English speaking users. Furthermore, the email replies include a lengthy Hipporello signature or tag, which can appear unprofessional.
