Their support team has been very responsive.
Their video analytics are the best that I've seen.
Lots of options to modify the landing page.
I love that I can upload an edited video into their system and am not limited by recording through their platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish the customized (AI) videos were less expensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love the easy interface and ability to connect more directly with my list and fans. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Planning the videos in advance, i.e., the marketing element. But that's an inherent weakness of Hippo. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'm new to Hippo Video and am very impressed with their onboarding guide to help me navigate through every single feature in the app.
Another favorite feature of Hippo Video is the marker when I'm recording a screen.
I think Hippo Video wants us to succeed in our business by using 100% of the features they've built for us.
Since I'm new to this app, and there are too many awesome features, it might be easier if you just sign up for their FREE account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't see any downside from Hippo Video at this moment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is easy to use and edit and send to my clients and prospects. Good value and something more personable than email. Lots of features and not difficult even for non-technical users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Just trying to get the rest of my team over the hump from being scared to be on camera Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that the videos can be incorporated into emails so customers or prospects don't have to click on a link to watch the video. They can watch the short clip right from the email, which allows for less engagement effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No complaints come to mind. I would say video library navigation could be improved, but that's partly on the users' end, not Hippo's fault. Quickly searching through a standard search bar and pulling up videos could be helpful, but the folders work well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is nothing else on the market like Hippovideo. You can make and edit long form videos, or short email marketing videos, you can personalize videos, you can make video sales templates and send video email campaigns while tracking opens, clicks, etc. I have tried others like Dubb, Bonjoro, etc., but Hippo has many more features and is better overall. Emails get delivered. Price/value for money very good. Support is also very good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is slightly difficult to use at first. The logic isn't always clear, but that is due to the fact that HippoVideo has a lot of features, and can do much more than other video marketing apps. There are probably better pure video editors/recorders out there, but you still have to incorporate your videos in an email marketing app. HippoVideo does all that for you, has good delivery, and tracks recipient analytics Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is easy to use. You can have public or private folders, create your own templates or use the ones the programme offers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One downside is the time it takes to download external files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Hippo Video allows me to create a quick explainer video and send to someone who really needs less words and to just *see* what I'm seeing. It can help avoid the days or even weeks, of going back and forth between people, by literally *showing* issues or ideas to the other party. But what I like best is the feature to place my videos in categories and to embed them anywhere I like (anywhere they allows for the iframe embed code). I *also* like the tight integration with gmail too (icons in the top right) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It can be a little clunky or buggy sometimes. It's gotten stronger and more reliable just over the past year or so (the time which I've been using it) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
