I wish there were some tools built into the platform for analytics that made it easier to take the data and do quick cross-tabs and other calculations to improve the ability to extract insights from the sampling programs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Highlight team is as hands-on or off as you want them to be. They'll take on most of the work but let you be involved every step of the way. The granular targeting ability with their existing participant database is unique and impressive, and the data you'll receive is invaluable. Although it was great to have the results so quickly, the process sometimes felt rushed in submitting survey questions. Not a problem with Highlight, really, but I wish we had thought more carefully about how the answers to the questions we asked Highlight to present to the focus groups would inform our next actions.
