When we implemented HeyTaco we had no idea that it was going to be such a huge piece of our R&R program. From Day 1, our Team has enbraced having virtual tacos (big for us Texas folks) to share as we recognize others for their efforts. As we have brough on new Teams (both organically and inorganically), they quickly start throwing out tacos to others. Sending a taco is such an easy way to show appreciation for a colleague - it's just an emoji and an @. But somehow the addition of the taco makes the appreciation feel more sincere than just a 'Thanks'. It's a way to spread tiny moments of positivity throughout the workday. I would kind of like to be able to 'earn' more tacos a day to give out than 5. We earn stickers, but I recently discovered that colleagues had been earning different stickers than me, even though I'm the second highest taco user in my team! Giving more tacos unlocks an 'avatar' but this doesn't do anything - I feel like I should be able to give more tacos than 5 a day, it would encourage greater useage for people to feel like they are unlocking something meaningful.
