What do you like best about HelpSquad?

There were definitely mistakes at the beginning, but I appreciate how quickly and thoroughly those were addressed and never repeated. I like how helpsquad agents get better every day in addressing our patients' questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HelpSquad?

HelpSquad's customer service is fantastic--very responsive and works hand-in-hand with clients to ensure agents have as much information as possible to appropriately handle customer requests.
