Help Desk Migration Services was excellent in being able to move our small help center. Our budget was not large for this project and they worked with us to be able to trim down what was needed to meet our requirements and still retain as much data as possible within our budget.
We had several issues along the way, none of which were their fault. All from the new system and our old host and help desk migration was quickly able to adjust and move fast once the problems were resolved on our end. They reply quickly and efficiently to all questions before and after the migration. Overall it went very smooth and we have our data in the new system now.

Everything went very smoothly. The price was low, and they were able to add some additional customizations we needed without issue. The docs are very helpful in laying out what needs to be completed beforehand, and the unlimited test migrations were paramount to only having to migrate everything once. Our initial migration from helpdesk.com to Helpscout had some issues. The HDM team replied within hours after my email (on a Sunday), and the issues were solved by Monday afternoon. That's real 5-star support!

The test migrations did a good job of indicating what fields would be mapped, but not the speed of the migration. Due to some configuration issues on the target system, 50k tickets took over 4 days to fully migrate! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The support staff at Help Desk Migration Services was always available when we needed them. The migration process was well explained during the demo and we had no surprise when we did the actual migration.
