During the migration upgrade from Kayako Classic to New Kayako our customer support rep took us to Relokia's service. Configuration and mapping choices were extremely quick and the migration of over 120,000 tickets was effortless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our migration was relatively straightforward, there wasn't anything to dislike about the experience. The progress page during the migration did not offer a lot of status updates on the number of records processed as it was happening, but when complete our tickets were all in place on the new instance. The process is simple and can be fully customized based on your needs. We were able to demo the migration prior to making the purchase, and this allowed us to make some tweaks to the way the data appeared in Zoho Books. Some of the imports could improve in quality, but nothing a quick clean-up wouldn't fix. In any case, it saves hours of work, so spending 10, 15 minutes cleaning up is not a chore. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Instead of manually copying Knowledge Bases their service helped me to automatically migrate them from one system to another. What do you like best about Help Desk Migration Services?

We found ourselves in a situation where we were essentially held captive by the helpdesk software that we were using, due to the severely limited data that we could export within the stock functionality of the software. It seems to be a common tactic of some helpdesk software providers, as they know you're unlikely to leave if you can't extract the valueable data that you've spent years building up.

Enter Relokia, their migration tools made our move possible,and their support team helped us through some of the complexities of our particular situation. Within a few days of finding them, we were up and running on Jira, with all of our historical data from the old system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
