Communications to the customer support team while we were going through our discovery phase were frustrating as we are opposite timezones and we did not progress as we wanted. The migration was a project that is hard to plan from a technical resourcing standpoint. I got everything done myself with no admins or developers involved. The support team (Olena Nestruina) was absolutely amazing and did not let things slide until the challenges that I encountered on the way were resolved even when the items were unrelated to "help desk migration".
